Ham, shoulder, loin, chorizo and salchichón make up our range of Iberian products. Behind each piece, there is a selection and know-how of the master butcher to achieve the flavour of an authentic Iberian ham. They are absolutely genuine; from farms in Salamanca and Huelva, they are produced at source in a slow and traditional way. The finishing and quality control process is carried out at our plant in Balenyà, where we select, validate, debone, polish and cut.
